This project was a public tender that we won. The assignment was to develop and produce a film for Sygehus Sønderjylland as part of a larger initiative from the hospital’s HR department aimed at preventing and addressing the high emotional demands involved in working with people.
The film was intended to support the first phase of the project by strengthening employees’ organizational understanding of what high emotional demands are and how they can appear in everyday work.
The target audience was the hospital’s staff, including doctors, nurses, secretaries, porters, and biomedical laboratory scientists.
Our approach was to create an emotionally engaging film that employees would remember because it speaks to their emotions and allows them to recognize themselves in the situations portrayed.
